Dear Home Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. No refunds apply in any condition.
You are entitled to a return/exchange for unused items with original packaging under the following conditions:
- Defective product: The product received is defective, damaged, or missing a part.
- Wrong product: The product received does not correspond to the product that was ordered.
- Product is not as described.
For any of the above reasons, the request should be submitted within 24 hours of the order delivery date. Returns will always be in the form of a refund voucher that the buyer can use on their next purchase from our store.
Vouchers will be issued within 7 days after we receive back your returns.
